We operate a “No Fix No Fee” policy. There is no charge for the Diagnostic and Quote service. You only pay if you opt to proceed with the repair.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair a problem a full refund will be issued immediately or we can arrange to have the computer delivered to our workshop.
